Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices are displayed in Omani Rial (OMR) unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be received in full before production begins.
- We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (select areas).
Production & Delivery
- Turnaround times begin once artwork is approved and payment is confirmed.
- Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Artwork & Design
- You are responsible for ensuring all submitted artwork is print-ready.
- We are not liable for errors in customer-supplied files.
- Final approval rests with the customer before production.
Limitation of Liability
SalRoy's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
